Jacob and Bobby have been in the real estate industry since 2000, before obtaining a real estate license a few years later and becoming actual licensed Realtors. Both Jacob and Bobby have helped well over 1,500 families and friends buy, sell, or invest in real estate over the years. During that time, they have built rental portfolios for themselves and flipped homes when the opportunity arose, and they continue to do it on a consistent basis now. During those years, they have become very experienced with every unique situation you can imagine and have continued to rank in the top sales of their fellow Realtors locally by receiving repeat business and referrals from past clients. Both Jacob and Bobby are very hands-on during the purchase process, so you will deal directly with them, not as an assistant or fancy name investors give their employees.
Jacob Miller
Owner
Jacob has grown up in the central valley and the central coast all his life, so he is very familiar with the areas he serves. After high school, Jacob graduated from Cal State Bakersfield University with a degree in Business and shortly after obtained his real estate license. Jacob has been married to Tracie since 2003 and is the proud father of two sons, Jaden and Jaxon, who are very active in club soccer. He truly enjoys his career in Real Estate and as an investor, but mostly spends time with his family and travels with them.
Bobby Moreno

Bobby has a very similar upbringing as Jacob, growing up in the central valley and central coast all his life. Bobby learned that to become successful at anything you do takes hard work and never giving up until the job is done right from his father by working on restoring classic cars growing up. Bobby graduated from Cal State Bakersfield University with a degree in Business, while learning about real estate in his 20’s. In Bobby’s off time, he enjoys golfing with his two boys, watching his daughter dance, traveling with his family, and cuddling with his doggies. Bobby is married to his wife, Krystal, with whom they have dated for over 20 years and married for 15. Krystal is a Special Education teacher who enjoys making a lifelong impact on her students’ lives.
